What is ABWA?	ABWA is the acronym for the American Business Women’s Association.  The mission of ABWA is “to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership; education, networking support and national recognition.” More information can be found at http://www.abwa.org/.
What is CYFEN’s affiliation with ABWA?	CYFEN (Cy-Fair Express Network) is a local league of ABWA. We provide professional development, networking, and educational opportunities to professionals in the Northwest Houston and Cy-Fair area.  More information can be found at www.cyfen.org.
What is the ABWA District II Conference?	Every spring, ABWA hosts six district conferences around the country to connect members with fellow professionals from their geographic region, to provide leadership training for volunteer leaders, and to deliver dynamic professional development opportunities through engaging and inspiring keynote and breakout speakers.
When is the ABWA District II Conference? What is the Cy-Fair Women’s Expo?	The Cy-Fair Women’s Expo is a chance for our members and the community to market their goods and/or services, to increase health and environmental awareness, and to raise money for educational scholarships in the Cy-Fair community.  CYFEN hosts the event in partnership with local businesses.  This year’s sponsors include Cy-Fair Medical Center and Lone Star College-CyFair.
When and where is the Cy-Fair Women’s Expo?	The Cy-Fair Women’s Expo is Thursday, April 22, 2010 from 11am-2pm at Houston National Golf Club.  This is our regular meeting day and meeting place (perfect for your schedule!)
How do I reserve a booth for my business at the Cy-Fair Women’s Expo?	Complete the Booth Registration Form and mail form and check to Leslie Martone.  The form is attached to this email and can also be downloaded from our website: www.cyfen.org.  Please send it to all of your contacts.
How do I generate traffic to my awesome booth at the Expo?	CYFEN is aggressively marketing the event, but your “word of mouth” is very powerful and encouraged.  A promotional flyer is attached to this email and can also be downloaded from our website: www.cyfen.org.  Please display at your place of business if possible and distribute to your contacts.  Large batches of color flyers will be available at the February meeting as well.
